Share your story about why you considered and ultimately had cosmetic surgery.

27 years ago I had silicone implants and they had become incapsulated and unnatural in appearance. I was shy about close body contact and intimacy. Dr. Daiza won me over immediately with her step by step informational explanation of the implant exchange procedure.

How did your friends and family feel about your decision to have a procedure?

They were in favor of any decision I made to feel better about myself and my appearance. My friends were more open-minded about my desire to improve my appearance. Ones family usually thinks you are fine the way you are.

How did 1800MySurgeon help you through the process of finding a qualified plastic surgeon?

1800mySurgeon responded immediately to provide me with the name of a board certified surgeon and were willing to answer any questions. 1800mySurgeon also provided me with information on other surgeons that I was considering.

Can you describe your surgery and recovery?

Surgery went smoothly and recovery seems to be progressing normally. The only intense day was the day of the surgery. From then on improvement and healing progressed rapidly.

What advice would you give to another person considering your same procedure?

I would recommend that they search out qualified surgeons, have consultations and make a decision based on their level of comfort.

How do you feel about your result?

Generally I feel good about the results. Perfection is unrealistic. The goal was to have breasts that feel and look natural again.
