This 35 year old mother from Sacramento underwent laproscopic gastric bypass a little over a year prior to coming to our practice. After GBP, she lost over one hundred pounds and was stable at her desired weight. She was not happy with the extra skin around her midsection or the appearance of her breasts. She chose to have a staged procedure. During the first stage of surgery, she underwent a lower body lift removing skin and fat from the circumferential torso with tightening of the abdominal wall and lifting of the buttocks and lateral thighs. At a second operation two months later, she underwent a breast lift with implants and brachioplasty. She recovered very quickly from the procedures and is very happy with the outcome of surgery.
