Before: 38 year old female with concerns of early eyelid/brow and facial laxity. After: 6 months post endoscopic browlift, upper eyelid blepharoplasty, and mini-facelift. Comments: This patient wanted to address what she felt was early aging changes. She simply felt that she was "looking tired". The combination of the endoscopic browlift and eyelid surgery shows how dramatically the eyes can be improved, without looking "overdone". The lower mini-facelift was a good surgical option for her, as she did not have a lot of loose lower facial skin, but it enabled her to look "refreshed". Notice that there should be no evidence of having any "pulled look" to the lower face.
