This 41-year-old woman from Rushville, Ohio had undergone gastric bypass surgery 2 years before consulting with a plastic surgeon in Ohio. She had lost over 120 pounds after her surgery and was left with loose hanging skin and a ventral incisional hernia. After the surgeon reviewed with her the different surgical options for her post-bariatric body contouring, she decided to have a fleur-de-lis abominoplasty with repair of her incisional hernia.
