Will blepharoplasty correct deep circles under the eyes?
There are no surgical or medical cures for these. There is no laser or cream that will erase these troubling circles. The main causes of these dark circles are pigmentation changes and the transparency of the thin lower eyelid skin, which allows one to see the capillary networks there. Therefore, concealing the areas with makeup are the best option for disguising the circles. Creams available on the market, like Vit K, have helped some, but the evidence is anecdotal. There have been no controlled studies proving their efficacy.
